Verification & Trade Requests

When you use our Trade Engine or AI Gatekeeper forms, we collect the data you input, including:

• Company Name & Corporate Registration Details

• Business Email Address & Phone/WhatsApp Number

• Trade Volumes & Payment Term Preferences

• IP Address and Browser User Agent (for spam detection and security)

We use a proprietary cookie (verity_deal) to temporarily store your trade calculation parameters (Volume, Port, Price) so you can view your Live Soft Offer. This data is strictly functional and is not shared with ad networks.

Automated Decision Making (AI)

We use third-party Artificial Intelligence to assist in the verification of corporate entities.

• What is sent: Your Company Name, Website URL, and Corporate Email.

• Purpose: To verify that your entity exists and matches the provided contact details.

• Outcome: The AI generates a “Pass/Fail/Review” score. If you believe you were rejected in error, you may request a manual review via our compliance desk.

Media & Document Uploads

Unlike a standard blog, you may be asked to upload sensitive compliance documents (e.g., CIS, Incorporation Certificates, or Proof of Funds).

• Security: These documents are stored securely and are never visible to the public.

• Access: Only authorized Verity Deal compliance officers and the specific Allocation Holder (Supplier) relevant to your contract have access to these files.

Courses & Virtual Products

If you purchase a course (e.g., via Verity Academy), we collect your name, email, and payment confirmation details to grant you access to the learning material. We do not store credit card information on our servers; this is handled entirely by our payment processors.

Cookies

• Trade Session Cookies: We set a temporary cookie (verity_deal) to remember your calculated price quote for 1 hour. This allows you to generate a contract without re-entering data.

• Login Cookies: If you have an account (for Courses or the Client Portal), we set cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks.

• Analytics: We may use anonymized cookies to track site performance and traffic sources (e.g., Google Analytics).

Who we share your data with

We operate on a strict Need-to-Know basis. We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

1. The Allocation Holder (Supplier): If you pass verification and request a contract, your Corporate Identity (CIS) and banking coordinates are shared with the Supplier (e.g., New Horizon Ventures) to issue the FCO/SPA.

2. Compliance Service Providers: We may verify your data against global sanctions lists and corporate registries.

3. (AI): Limited data (Company Name/Email) is processed for the sole purpose of identity verification during your initial request.

How long we retain your data

• Trade Inquiries: If you submit a verification request, we retain the data for administrative and legal purposes to maintain a record of the inquiry and its outcome (Pass/Fail).

• Registered Users: For users that register on our website (e.g., for Courses), we store the personal information provided in their user profile indefinitely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

• Failed Verifications: Data associated with rejected applications (spam/fraud attempts) may be retained to block future attempts.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have submitted verification data, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (e.g., records of signed NCNDAs or issued FCOs).

Where your data is sent

• Verification: Visitor trade requests may be checked through an automated spam detection service and our AI Verification API.
